KTF Series

The KTF Series centrifugal pumps optimizes the internal structure, the impeller design, the dead angle zone design and the mechanical seal pressure balance.

Furthermore, it optimizes the hygiene of the pump to make it absolutely hygienic as well by reducing the inner dead angle. As result of the absence of the dead zone, it becomes very efficient to clean by CIP, SIP or sterilization.

The Stursan KTF pump is a competitive and highly efficient centrifugal pump that meets the requirements of sanitary applications, gentle product handling and chemical resistance.

As main applications we highlight the pumping of juice, wine, brine, beer, water, syrups, serums, CIP, etc.

MATERIAL

• Wetted parts: 316L Stainless Steel Cast and machined.
• Impeller: AISI-316L Stainless. Open impellers with several diameters to each model to KTF series.
• Mechanical Seal: Simple SiC/SiC or Double SiC/SiC with Flush. Only one size of mechanical seal for all models.
• O´rings: EPDM, FKM, NBR (FDA)

• Surface finished: Hygienic quality, hand polished welds.
• Standard (Wetted parts Ra < 0,8 CNC mechanical finishing. Open impeller Ra<3,2)
• On demand (Wetted parts and impeller; Ra < 0,8 or Ra < 0,5 CNC mechanical finishing)

• Input/Output connection: DIN 11851 / SMS/ ISO /IDF / RJT / ASME BPE 3A.
• Type: thread, clamp, flange, aseptic flange.
