Description
Modular automatic filling machine for bottles/vials ranging from 10 mm to 80 mm, a simple way to achieve the flexibility necessary to enable end users to work in different ways.
The Sturfill can be ready to operate in a very short time, with no need for tools, or special skills or training. The process speed is fully adjustable. This versatile machine can use lightweight vials or bottles. The system is controlled from the front panel with icons to make operating the system easier for users. All operations to adjust the different vial configurations, as well as operational parameters, can be set from the front control panel, minimising possible human errors and/or cross contamination.
Designed for easy cleaning of all surfaces, avoiding joints and anchoring elements and to make it easier to remove the different components to facilitate operator access to less accessible parts.
Made from standardised elements and components to speed up different maintenance tasks. Does not require support peripherals such as compressors or compressed air lines, the machine can function independently with no need for other investments. It also optimises occupied space in the workplace.
